my name is archit malhotra i purchased micromax c2i in november but in january the phone started heating up so in feb i gave this phone to your service centre situated in shahdara (gadget galaxy).
its been more than a month yet i have no hearing from ur side whenevr i call them up they say it would still take one week.
i mailed u guys as well but still no response from your side.
if this is the way to treat your customer then im really dissapointed by your sick service just hopping for a good solution or just would unnecessary need to take a legal action.
please help me out as soon as possible.

I m useing my Micromax Q3 mobile last 4 month. My problem is i can't excess internet on mobile + messanger nobody gave me solutation for that.

This is sumanta from Kolkata. I have purchased a MicroMAX C3 mobile from my local vendor on[protected]IMEI No. [protected] / [protected]).

The phone was okay actually. Suddenly I broke the Charger's PIN by mishandling. And I did call to one of their Support Person. I don't know where from your Support Persons are... He just guided me to bring the phone at 15 kilometers far Service Station instead of my nearest one.

Anyway, on 16 March 2010 I have deposited my cell. At APEX Marketing (Tobin Road, Kolkata) for changing the Charger Socket. And they agreed it will done by next 2-3 days. Later after 2 days, they called me up and asked it will be chargeable and the charge will be 300/- I agreed with that. They said it will be delivered by next 2 days.

After that, 3-4 days passed. They dint inform me anything regarding this. That's why I called them back. In that time they told me "Your handset is NOT OK. Our engineer could NOT able to fix the problems. You have to give that hand set to any other services stations". They asked to deposit the hand set to Babli Media Center (Manicktala, Kolkata).

Just, Imagine... After 7-8 days later they are saying that!!! is they don't have infrastructure to find out the actual problems ??? and why they NOT checked the actual problems when they took my hand set ??????

Now, the second part of that story is:

When I deposited that hand set at Babli Media Centre. They inspect my Handset and inform me that. APEX (my 1st service center) has destroyed some parts of circuit broad). I request them to resolve the problems ASAP as my cell phone is necessary things for me.

After another 1 week, today (27 March 2010) I again received the phone from Babli Media Centre. And now that phone is NOT able to store charges!!!

JUST IMAGINE HOW I'M SUFFERING WITH THEIR POOR SERVICE !!! EVEN THEIR SERVICE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW HOW TO REACT WITH THE CUSTOMERS.


ANY ONE CAN SUGGEST ME WHAT I SHOULD DO NOW ??? OR I NEED TO LAUNCH A COMPLAIN FILE WITH CONSUMER FORUM ????

I have purchase Micromax Mobile Phone Model No Q75 on Date:[protected]. From your retail out late Within Two Day I got the problem of network coverage in that both the card display proper tower signal but whene some bady call me the get the message of out of reach and etc. some time I got the emergency instead of network provider name so that I think this will be a problem of network provider so that I have change the sim card and use another company card but the problem is as it is. When I use that card with another hand set so in that I didn’t get problem so that I got the problem that it is in Mocromax Q75. So my next process is to find the service station of the micromax. Service book which is provided with the hand set in that there I get two address which is as below

B:wing, 2nd Floor Satellite ect.
2]Oasis Technologies
16 Vardan Tower Naranpur a Etc
But both of them are not working till now .That’s why I call in another service center which is in bapunagar but the phone number which is given is not available. So that I go on internet buy searching for two day’s I got the address and mobile number of the service center which is in the Maninagar.So my next step is to go Maninagar service Center. This will take 15 days to go through this process.
Maninagar service center Service Man take two days to solve the problem. After I got my mobile once again I got that problem is as it is no progress at all. So that after some day’s I visit Service center again and again thay take my mobile for three day’s after three day’s I take my mobile back when I m going to use mobile the Problem of Network Coverage Is as on same Position.
So now I m Not Ready to do this thing again that’s why I have decided to complain about this in consumer Forum regarding this worth quality phone and Service. And also Clime for the 50000 rupees For that Due to this problem Many of my customer didn’t able to Contact my and all this I do for Finding service Center And etc.
I m working in software Company And my salary is 20000 So For this I have to west my valuable time for this so I have to take live for 3 day to service my Phone . I have the Xerox copy of the Job Card which is provided by Service Center.
When I have search for the Problem in Micromax I Got many People on internet having Same Problem For the Same Model No Q75. I think this is company defect in this model

well i came to know about china mobile through new (TV9 & ETV) that while we are talking on phone simultanoulsy keeping for charging, then the phone get bust, then very soon the person will die. does micormax q3 having the same quality.

Micromax Mobile — BAD/POOR SERVICE

I have brought an micromax Q7 mobile in 2010 ...In the very few days it started giving me number of problems.i showed the mobile to the service centre then it was solved....but again it was the same problems again...
I had given my mobile to the service centre on 2nd may 2010.it was told by the service centre people i would be getting it back in 3 days.but then the kept on postponing and whenever i gave them a call they just kept my call on hold.finally i got it after 18 days.and now the phone is not getting start only on the same day itself...

im fed up with the micromax mobile and its service centre....
pls take some strict action against it...

i bought a micromax x226 in a month of feb 2011 after only two months the charger is not working, then when i told that in service centre of micromax they said to me that charger is not available yet on month of april from that time i running for one charger so many time in service centre & this is came month of august & then too they said charger is not available yet so i m very affraid of that bad & really poor service of micromax

I contect that palace and request to repair my mobile set.The mittal ent Recived the set and told me that after 3 day you recive your repaired set after 3 day I contect for mobile but the service center person told me that I have no any spares for repair you will come next day I contect everday but he not repair . After 25 days dated[protected] ms/ Mittal enterprises issue a DOA Certificate and told hand over this DOA Certificate with mobile set I hand over DOA Certificate with mobile assesceries and user manual A to Z computer services 2 ,Shiv chetan Jyoti Ashram, Bhoopatwala, Haridwar (UA) .
I also contect COMPANY custmer care and mail for this matter several time who is located at Micromax House 697 Yodyog Vihar Phase 5 Gurgaon Haryana India phone no [protected]/2 but no any micromax excutive SOLVE this matter.Today after70 days I have no any phone while I pay rupees 3400/for micromax phone.Plese setteled my matter.Due to absence of mobile my two sim are useless and resulted alot of economic mental losses.

Beware!!! many companies like these are actually doing thier shopping in CHINA for cheap handsets and then selling them in india at good prices. all these sets are china made, even big indian companies are following the same route!! isnt this a shame for us indians that instead of buying better quality products from china, we buy customised cheap stuff to earn higher profits and then blame chinese products for low quality!!! chinese products are sold in US also but they are of very superior quality. . . . where as our distinguished traders who have converted china into chawri bazaar(place in old delhi known for cheap and bulk items) are busy minting money from their own fellow citizens.
wake up and stop shopping for FREE or CHEAP priced products...they actually become expensive in the long run!!

Micromax Mobiles — USELESS SERVICES

I purchased my mobile handset on the date of 17th march 2010 by paying 2700/-only,HANDSET no X 225.
now this the second time i am sending my handset to service centre for reparing,then what is the use of taking this mobile.
they have provided a service guide with the handset including helpline number and customer service but all numbers are useless rather not a single number EXIST.
They have two service centres in kolkata( 1.[protected]. [protected] no name).
when i went to them they said we dont have handsfree(headphone) now.once we get the headphone from the company we will give you but we cannot assure you that when we will provide it,may be within few days or after few months.when i asked them till then?they replied we cannot help you.
even when i bought the handset i saw it was written on box that this set is dual sim and dual standby but after using i came to know that it is not at all dual standby which means that it was a fake advertisement.
Now being as a indian citizen i request you that may be i am suffering the problem but please look into that other citizen should not face this cheating.
SO PLEASE TAKE A ACTION AGINST THEM TO SAVE PEOPLE LIKE US WHO BELONGS TO A MIDDLE CLASS FAMIILY WHERE ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO BY A NEW MOBILE SET EVERY MONTH.

"I have purchased one Micromax Q3 on th 14 Feb 2010 from Arun Electronix & Electricals, Karampura, Delhi .

all my friends were insisting that I should go for a NOKIA or any other brand if I am spending that much but still I trusted Micromax and invested in that. But after the painful experience, I think they were right. Even they have the right to tease me and they do.

My handset started giving pronlems like
-Hanging after few mintues
-Auto disconnect call and auto switched off while communicating.
-I needed to remove the battery first, for re starting the phone.

I deposited the handset in your service center I.P Electronix. situated at Patel Nagar, New delhi on 20/May/2010 vide Customer Job Card no 189399.
I was shocked, when the executive in the service center told me that there is a Motherboard problem and it will take more than 12 days and they were not able to tell me the maximum days,
when i asked its not fair, what will i do for the next 12 days ?
Answer given by the executive, buy new phone, you should have think before buying the Micromax.
And their behaviour was too rude... Hannn Bhiya Kya baat hai, Hamare bus main kuchh nahi hai jo karna hai kar lo.
I am in a fix since after 13 days of depositing the handset, and sill there is no response .

I had to buy used phone in between. And still my another sim card is not in use because i have not enough mony to by another phone.

I will request you to immediately look into the matter

Duped by micromax. i bought micromax tab p480 in 7500 rs before 2 month which turned to be a defective piece . it takes 8 to 9 hours to charge it which lasts only for an hour or 2 . i went to the retailer the very next day but he said to charge it again . after some days trouble was getting more so he sent the piece to service center for a month. after a month i got back my piece just as it was before with the same problem. i personally went to dadar service center where they said i have to submit my phone again for a month. i told them i want to replace that piece and they told me now they cannot issie a doa letter. i am really fed up n annoyed because of this. i want. justice. Did i spend so 7500 rs to get in such a big trouble . plz help whosoever is concerned .

I have Micromax Q3 Mobile Phone( which is under warranty) its working well starting two month but latst few month i have facing two problem.
1- SIM 1 NETWORK GONE AUTOMATICALLY AFTER RESTART IT WILL WOrK NORMALLY.

2- My call is not cut on simple one press "call cut button" , it will taken three or four times to cut the call.
i have checked my SIM to other phone, also launch the complaint in network provider,he says that there is a problem in your handset.
So i here by requesting you to please replace my phone as soon as possible.
