but first of all i want to tell u that i am using AIRTEL SERVICES, u have to get the details of setting from your service provider. i[censored] r using airtel then i can give u the settings. have u got the pc suite & the modem drivers of this handset.

i have sent u an email but it was rturned back due to wrong email address.

I bought a micromax mobile x310 within 2 months it started giving problems, i have approached twice the service center and there are not able to give a resolution, i have mailed no of tomes to micromax and did not get any reply, they have cheated me. by not replacing the new one. neither the call center is giving any reply nor the service center, now my phone is still with the servie center.

I bought Micromax Q3 from Gurgaon Sec-14, On installing the PC suite it does not show the "Dial up" Ikon. Tried by their customer care at Faridabad. Went to their corporate Office at Udyog Vihar Ph-5, Gurgaon. Removed all the virus scanners from my Laptop, even then it is not working. Tried with the help of
1. CD Provided with the set.
2.Driver downloaded from the website,
3. Driver loaded at service centre.

It is not working any way.

i have bought micromax q3 which is working fine, but the problem is that i could not able to establish any internet connection with my PC through your pc suite while internet is working fine with mobile through ur Opera mini software.
it is not not possible to connect my PC to internet with this suite.

I also have the same problem. i used micromax issued cd as well as download from the site. When i want to install the programme is not getting installed. It opens up window with pc suite page showing all the contents. When i tried to connect by using setup button the lap top and phone dont connect. It show error that there is hardware error or the programme used by someother device

I have received a message twice that my handset does not have a valid IMEI No. from Aircel customer care on date 18th & 20th Nov'09. Their customercare representative also told me that my IMEI no. is not a valid one. They told me to speak with Orissa circle IMEI office and after that as per consultation of IMEI officer, I have sent SMS of my IMEI No from my Handset to 53232 and I was told that my IMEI no belongs to manufacturer Micromax & Brand Q3. After that also I have received SMS from Aircel customer care regarding the same. I want to solve the matter. Thats why I am sending this mail. Please let me know where is the problem & how it will be solved.

I purchased Micro max Mobile X310 Nov'09 and I found one problem. i am unable to operate key pad. I send this mobile to your service center at chandigarh in Jun'10 and after one month I got my mobile. I operate it only for 1 week and now again I found the same problem. It is very difficult for me to go every time to chandigarh for repairing. You Ropar distributor told me that he is not responsible for servicing. So now I want replacement of this mobile with some other equivalent model.

Hope for positive response in this regard.

i have bought micromax Q2... but ther is an inconvenice to connect internet through the mobile... though in the manual u specified that no pc suit is necessary for windows 2000/xp.. it is not getting acessed
mass storage is working. and iam enable to get write how to access internet through it... it does not accepting the gprs settings automatically...
to set manuallly. it is very difficullt so u pls send hw to get settings and hw to access the net as quickly as possible..

I have researched alot and found that none of the dual sim mobiles can be connected with PC to access internet. Many are not even compatible enough to have the service used on mobile itself. All claims if any are false regarding compatibility of GPRS services on these mobiles.

Im from tirunelveli . ibought micromax q2 mobile in Univercell, sripuram, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu on march 13, 2010 .In which i faced lot and lot of problem.
1.when Im trying to send group message it shows that group is empty, even though there are 6 members added in every groups.
2.when im using msn or yahoo msngr the mbl gets restarted auttomatically for every 15 minutes

when i gave complaint about my mobile in the shoroom they kept the mobile with themselves for 2 weeks and later they gave it to me by saiying that the os has reinstalled .and now there will b no prblm in it.But when i check the mobile i came to know that they r lying.Because my user defined templates will not b chngd in tat and reminders in tat will remains there . Then how it is possible that they reinstall os .??? they try to cheat me bloddies. so i argue with them and replace tat mobile with the new one on april 10 2010 .

They gave me an idiotic responce . Thay said that "plzz upgrade to q5 mobile, since q2 has low memory, it does not suits u for browsing or using messengers. then for group message, they asked me to save the message initially in drafts and then send using caller group.But there is no drafts in q2 model.
Even all china mobiles will b perfect, But the micromax is very very worst in service and product quality

So i request each and every guyz to prefer any other standard mobile rather than choosing the standard less product like this . Im heavily worrying for buying this micromax q2.plz be aware about this

to be honest, this phone is quite nice, only i[censored] think "phone to sirf baat karne k liye hote hai". Otherwise, a whole book can be written over its drawbacks(and i bet, that book would be thicker than its user manual). first of all, what a camera! u point the camera towards the scene and just wait and wait and wait...for the image to appear on the screen. next, sumbody plz tell me why they hv provided MSN messenger when it bloody sucks at internet. all u see is NOT ENOUGH MEMORY. nxt, its music player! u can not sort the playlist; so get 300 songs and keep searching for ur desired one. and neither the last nor the least, u can not use it as a modem. so buy it i[censored] don't like ur hair, and keep scratching ur head while jostling with it.

STEPS TO CONNECT INTERNET FROM MICROMAX MOB. TO PC

step-1 > go to setting option in your mobile->select UART setting -> select SIM which you have net -> after selecting automatically it will restart your mobile

step-2 > copy whole containt in the cd to c drive / desktop -> install the driver from CD which you have-> you get message driver is sucessfully install ->ok

step-3 > restart pc

step-4 > connect mobile to pc and select COM PORT option -> go to control pannel -> add hardware ->it shows hardware wizard ->next -> wait while searching -> click on YES ->next -> select last option add new hardware device -> next ->select install hardware manually(advance) -> next -> select modem -> click on dont detect modem i will select it -> next ->select Media Tec from manufacturer column -> MTK gprs modem -> next ->on which port you install -> select any port but REMEMBER that port (ex. com 1)and in future attached cable to only that port ->next-> ok

step-5 > open pc suit from c drive -> stting -> general -> select COM PORT (which you are select in step-4) -> go to create connection ->shows (Ex.MTK GPRS Modems #2 COM1 mod...) -> select it and click on creat option -> shows create connection sucessfully ->go to dial up option -> select the modem -> Dial up -> take a time to connect-> HAPPY THEN ENJOY...

I have bought the mobile just 2 days ago...I have found alots of problem
1.after connecting FTP server --full control, or making bluetooth connection it is unable to accpect data from other mobile like sonyericson, nokia, samsung.

2.after that half of the screen display goes off and it cannot read the memory card.

I bought this phone on 3 months back , it is a good phone 4800 cost with some interesting features making it more in line with a business phone like Nimbus . opera mini. wap ,Push mail so on and so forth but there is only one problem none of the service providers in chennai support or have GPRS MMS setting for this phone without which it like one of those chinese multimedia phone.So people if you are accustomed to use GPRS and MMS and you are in chennai dont buy this phone as it will not work
