[Resolved]  Apple iPhone 5 — Non shipment of iphone

I have ordered the iphone with the person named Himanshu singh who resides in delhi.

I have paid the advance of 8000 INR to his account in Punjab national bank (account number [protected])

Actually the product was about to deliver by yesterday(2013/01/23).

Since i haven't get it,he switched off his mobile number([protected]).

Kindly help us filing this compliant.

I do have chellan copy of amount deposited in punjab national bank
