[Resolved] Lava Xolo — Very Very Bad Service

i had purchased new lava xolo a1000 handset and it has some network problem i launched complaint against faulty handset via e-mail on 18/03/2013 and till today i didn't got any reply from them, then i gone to service center for repair, once the service center repaired it but i faced same problem again i gone to service center for replacement on 21/03/2013 but now they are saying they dont have same colur handset and i have to wait for one month to get it back
