I have purchased a XOLO mobile handset A1000 of Rs 15000 on 13th April from Sangeetha store in Meenakshi Mall, Bangalore. After 2 and a half months there are issues in mobile related to MIC (my voice not audible to 2nd person). I went to Sangeetha store to submit mobile and they told that you need to call customer care and they will send technical person to your place. After I called customer care they told me to go to one of the collection center in bangalore and you will get back in 5 working days. After that I went to collection center Rapid Zone, Jayanagar where they told that they need a complain number to collect this handset. Again I called XOLO Care where they told that there is issue with your IMEI number and we cannot generate complain number for your handset. Now its a deadlock like situatiuon where neither they are giving complain number nor they are accepting handset for repair.
