[Resolved]  Xolo Mobile — company unable to provide service at my location

i have purchase Xolo A500 online from sneapdeal.com on dated[protected] after purchasing i am facing hang problem & charging problem in my mobile . i have register my complain 2-3 time but they told me in my location pick-up facility not available so please solve my problem. i am very tired to contact customer care
