I'm purchased a mobile handset of Xolo model A-500.
I purchased it from varanasi , U.P.
after using few months it create some problem, then I talked to customer care executive of Xolo care.
And they picked up my handset dated 7th june 2013 from my home in Howrah ,west Bengal.
But still now I've no information about the status of handset. whenever I talk or mail the customer care executive they just reply its still under repairing very soon or within 48 hours it will be dispatched. some time the told its already dispatched . but still now I didn't get the proper status of handset.
I don't know that is any possibility to get the handset or simple forgot about the handset that I never bye the product? Was this information helpful? |
