I ordered a product of code #180920 on August 4. As per their rules, they should take maximum of 70 days for delivery. Till today I wont receive the product. Its been more than 80 days. When I contact them, there were not picking the calls. After calling 3 or 4 days, they pick the call and said that item is dispatching and will get within one week. But after that incident its been 2 week and item is not yet dispatched. When I call today, they are saying the same thing that the item is dispatching and will get within 1 week. They don't give any value to their customers. I will wait for 1 more week. then also the product is not arriving, I want refund. Was this information helpful? |
