I ordered a ready-to-wear saree on May 2, 2023 and it has now been 4.5 months since the purchase. When I inquire with the company, they inform me that the dispatch has not yet begun. As per Terms & Conditions 70-90 working days to get the product, which has also passed. I am concerned about the delay and wondering why they are handling the situation like this.
