I'm using the mobile from the last 45days, from the last two weeks the speaker volume was reduced. From the last couple of days, touch was making ache & headset having the disturbance.

Tirupati is the nearest service centre available for me. I had been there last time for my moto x play, it's the worst service centre i have ever visited and i don't wish my mobile to be serviced there. They are not even able to find the problem with mobile for more than two weeks laterwards they damaged motherboard which caused 20k loss to me. Even the are rude in behaviour and irresponsible at work. Behave like they are doing a favour that too with their own money but in reality, they charge us more than its worth in the present market. Could you please help me in resolving my issue.

I have given my cellphone to service center for change display folder but the time of receiving the phone they start saying that there is more problem and the they damage the camera too. Before giving the phone to service center my front camera was very good but after receiving front camera is very blur. I am totally hatash with service center
Exactly same touch screen issue for my mobile for same handset (moto E4 plus), I went to service center near vile parle, they asked me for 4000 rs to replace screen but my mobile in warranty period and there is not any damage on screen
I am totally disappoint with such service.

    I purchesed a lenovo motz2 force imei no [protected] color black on 17th april 2018at about 8.15 p. M. From singhania retail holdings (India) rohini city centre sector-10 rohini invoice no. Srhi/r/18-19/29 amounting rs.34999=00 sales person was mr gaurav gupta & mr irshad ali. Sir i am staying at sonipat haryana i took the set to my house after an hour it was automatically started on and off and also heat up next day morning i went again to your ratail store they take me to service centre they say we only repain can not change then your store person take me back to store and replace me with a demo set imei no is [protected] which is also defective it proove that you have sold adefective set, i took it again to them they say it can only repair not replace. They send that to service center. Till date i dont have any information of that and it is surprise that the sales counter of motorola is also closed from city center rohini. I made a complaint to toll free no [protected] on 30/06/2018 at about 11 am thay said within 48 hours our person will call you, but no replynow again i call them and asked give me your email address they refuce me to give email address.
    Its my hard money and the company like motorola is cheating the normal people from there own sale counter. It is requested to your self please refund my money nither i am bounded to knock the door of judicial.

      This is really frustrating!

      I bought a new moto-G6 from amazon on 6-June-2018. After 20 days suddenly speaker volume started reducing by itself. After 3 days speaker/audio everything stopped working. When I contacted the service centre, I was told that is a hardware issue and speaker/volume to be replaced with a new part. How come we can accept this solution.

      I know the replacement policy of 10 days but these policies should be bypassed when you have similar issues with multiple people. When I googled it, I found almost 20 similar cases and Motorola should answer.

      What is the process of getting it replaced with some other moto mobile. I don't want to use rubbish language in this forum but definitely it is annoying.

      Kindly look into it before I loose my patience.

        My moto e4 plus started loosing signal just after 3 months of purchasing of it. I visited service center more than 3 times in lucknow. They just keep my phone and return after two days saying that we have changed the motherboard. It again starts loosing signal after 3 or 4 day of returning. Now i have fed up with this phone and the service i am given. I'll never ever recommend anybody any of the moto product. Now in 20 days warranty is also going to expire after all taking many rounds and rounds of moto service centers.

          I have moto g 5 s plus. I bought my device in last december. My charger is not working. I'm facing this problem for the second time. Even though i have used it very less times because i use this device rarely. Ihave already replaced usb cable once. Very disappointed with this. As a famous brand this type of issues are not acceptable. Need to solve this urgently.

          It get completely charged in the morning but by the time of evening it goes down to 30% . I use my phone rarely in the office time just for the sake of calling. What can I do now ?

              My one year old motorola phone"s external side key damaged.So I given to motorola authorised service centre at thrissur kerala( TECHNO Communication ph-[protected]) They charged Rs 500/ for that external key . First they didn''t give me bill. I asked for bill then they given a receipt (attached a copy)

                I purchased a motox4 1 week before and accidentaly damaged by back panel which i also got repaired but the repair from the service center i got this problem of battery charging its not charging can you please consider this and provide me home assistance related to this issue and this problem has started just after the repair of bank panel because of the behaviour which i got from the service center and their insensibility, they were treating the customers like as they are burden for them.                     We have bought a motorola mobile 5 months back with model no: xt1770. Battery is bulging and back side cap was not closed properly. So, we went to a service center to get it repaired under warranty. Service center is bright infocom-visakhapatnam. Service person saw and told that he will check and tell the issue the next day. Then he told that there was a hole in battery and will cost rs.1800/- and does'nt cover in warranty. When it is under warranty why we have pay?
                    This is not the right way of service if you require customer retention..
                    Request you to check and revert back at the earliest.

                      -we didn't get proper product. The product was defected and when we reached to the service center for amendment then they have changed our product's parts, they have changed product motherboard and the body of the cell phone.
                      -we cannot trust them again and want replacement of our product.

                        My mobile problem is that it does not charge properly

                        I had gone to moto service center which is at karvenagar (Meenal arcade, erandwane, nal stop, pune - 411004, next to samudra hotel (Map)... Tablet repair & services-lenovo....) but your service guys give me solution in 1 minute and give me estimation of rs. 1500/- even he did not understand my problem or he dont know my mobile problem. He just scan my phone and tell me about solution, and he did not listen to my query. Instead of answering me he is busy to talking with girl

                        I will never suggest any of my friend or family member to select moto or lenova mobile phone

                          charging problem - it never gets charged and the speaker isn't working from the very first day.

                          I have been using this phone from one year now and from day one its not working properly. After repeated complaints no action was taken. The phone never gets charged and hence i always have to keep it on charge. Also the speaker doesn't work below 45% charge which is very weird.
                          I hope this time my complaint will be taken a look and shall be solved.

                          Hi,
                          Shresth here and i want to file a complaint against my motorola moto e4 plus. It just opens everything and every app by its own and it's not working properly. It just doesn't works properly and it just opens up every app and if i want to close it, it doesn't allows me to close that perticular app and if i want to write something to someone it just opens the keyboard and writes something else and sends it to someone else and my phone is in gurantee period. I've also gone to the service centre but the member their talk very rudely to me and he didn't made my phone right. At last i want to tell you that my phone is in gurantee period and i want to change my phone.

                              We request you to follow the below steps:
                              Note: your device should be connected to internet and location of the device should be turned on.

                              To locate your device:
                              Google --> android device manager --> click on android device manager -->log in with your mail id (same mail id which is already on the device)

                              You will get the below options:
                              1. Ring the device - Your device will start ringing when you click this option
                              2. Lock the device - This will lock the device so that the person will not be able to use the device any more.
                              3. Erase all data - When you click on this, the data available on the device will get formatted so that person will not be able to access existing personal data.

                              If the above information does not help you locate the device, we would request you to carry your invoice copy to lodge an FIR in the nearest police station.

                                Please note i had purchase a handset motog play on date 29/6/2017. Few days before it's speaker were observed not working well and then it was handed over to one of motorola authorized service center udaipur (Rajasthan-indai). After arresting of the same it was handed over to me, this time speakers start working well but the touch screen functioning gone away and many time it get holdup.

                                When i retuned it back to your same service center now they are denying to arrest the same stating that it is physically damaged.

                                My motog5 is still in the warranty period and I can't charge it properly, it starts losing its battery even when the sign shows it is charging and never completes charging.

                                    Dear sir/mam,

                                    I am using moto g5s plus since 3 months purchased from bareilly's butler plaza market (Moto store). The major problem i am facing is it doesn't have in built call recording feature. To fix the problem i downloaded some call recording apps like auto call recorder and boldbeast call rec. App. But none of them worked. After finishing a call when i played the call recording, only my voice was audible but the person's voice to whom i was talking was not recorded. This is so much disturbing issue because everybody need this feature in daily life for personal and professional issues. This problem is insisting me to sell my brand new mobile. Please look at the matter.
