Mponline — Deduction of balance from account

I was paying my b.ed course fees which is 16050 rs yesterday(11th September 2021).The balance got deducted from my account but the transaction failed at last because of which I was not able to complete the procedure of reporting. The transaction failed that is why no I id was generated but I do have the reference number..Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.
