I paid my fee (₹ 2, 600) for enrollment in medical university jabalpur through mponline (Mponline.gov.in) website on 13 september 2020. The transaction failed but the amount was not refunded. I registered complain on mp online. But they close the complaint saying that i must wait for 5-6 days for amount to revert back to my account. Its been more than 8 days now but the amount is still not refunded to my account.
I was applied for learning license appointment & payment paid by mponline mode but transaction is done but services was not delivered then I complaint to the rto officer & bank customer care services but both said transaction was successful & rto officer not received amount in transport office then I finally complaint in mponline online customer care that they freely said
