Sir,
My name is SHUBham Singh thakur my mteh counseling roll no is [protected] after choice filling I done payment through SBI pay by ICICI debit card amount 1530 rupee on 6 July 2018 but transaction failed and money is deducted from my account mponline reference no is[protected] after this failed transaction I done second transaction and this was successful but my previous transaction money is not refunded please refund that money.
