Mppkvvk Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh — Amount deducted from my account but electricity bill not paid

I have a meter with IVRS NO. N[protected] in the name of SMT SANGEETA AGRAWAL address 736/737 RUSSEL CHOWK JBP, POLE NO. E-52A.
I paid the bill of amount 14293 through smart bijlee app/ Paytm gateway on 20 August 2021 at 3:55 pm.
Money was deducted from my account number [protected] and paytm showed a successful transaction and generated an upi reference no. Screenshot of which I am attaching. But after this smart bijlee app showed a session timeout and bill didn't get paid and now also showing the bill is due. Please refund my money to my account.
