Dear smart bijli/payu team,
I have deposited the bill of electricity of rs. 11742/- through smart bijlee app, (Payment gateway ibibio/payu) via idbi bank net banking, the payment of rs.11742/- is debited from my account, but smart bijlee app says failure of payment and the dues of electricity is as it is. The payment is stucked on the gateway of payu, so please process the refund as soon as possible. Please find attachment for your reference.
