I have a meter with IVRS NO. N[protected] in the name of SMT SANGEETA AGRAWAL address 736/737 RUSSEL CHOWK JBP, POLE NO. E-52A.
I paid the bill of amount 14293 through smart bijlee app/ Paytm gateway on 20 August 2021 at 3:55 pm.
Money was deducted from my account number [protected] and paytm showed a successful transaction and generated an upi reference no. Screenshot of which I am attaching. But after this smart bijlee app...

I have deposited the bill of electricity of rs. 11742/- through smart bijlee app, (Payment gateway ibibio/payu) via idbi bank net banking, the payment of rs.11742/- is debited from my account, but smart bijlee app says failure of payment and the dues of electricity is as it is.
