didnt get correct settlement and card transaction detail for 31st december 2016 and 1st january 2017
This is the 3rd time im sending email to you, there was no response to teh previous emails, we swiped 2 cards for a single customer .
1st card was error, so we swiped the second card . byut the customer was saying the money got debitted twice, one time from each card, they have given us a statement also, but we didnt get settlement for the error card, and also we didnt get the card transaction details from you, we have our bank statement also, this error happened for 2 customers ( swiped 4 cards ) .
Kindly rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Very Worst and lame customer service . I have been trying to contact you by calls and emails for past 4 days, but there was no response for calls / email also .
Kindly Put some people Who in the customer service who can do the needful for customers.
