I purchased 2 smart card from one of sales representative of mumbai metro. He informed me that card is valid for life time however it would get expired if not used for 6 months but can be reactivated if i do rs 100 recharge and previous balance can be used.
So i deposited rs 5000 but this card was not used for year. Now metro is not ready to recharge as they have hidden clause that if card is not used for 1 year, it would get expired and entire deposit would not be used.
