Mumbai Traffic Police — crossing of signal line

My vehicle no MH-01 CP 2916 was given an challan when my driver was at signal of Rammandir and Hanuman Mandir at Wadala on 21st Dec 2019 when you see the photos firstly the line of signal crossing is not even visible and secondly there is a vehicle front of him and he is behind so where is the case of crossing the line
The photos can be reverified and rechecked as echallan is wrongly given

I have HONDA SCOOTER MH39 H2053 AT Nandurbar
my vehicle had never travelled to Mumbai but still Mumbai police issued for wrong side parking on 15 june 2019 no MUMCO190HY6FA54
THE PHOTOS OF THIS CHALAN SHOWS THAT IT IS TANKER AND THE NUMBER PLATE IS MP and not MH

Echallan MUMCC[protected] dated 27dec 2019.12:44pm wrong e challan applied to MH01DL5861Honda Activa kindly revoke d same asap, the actual offender is MH01DL5867 Suzuki Access plz check properly don't just make e challans for d sake of making use some sense wherever applicable kindly solve issue asap
