Mumbai Traffic Police — parking near the gate

Dear sir. We are facing problem everyday for parking done by motorist in front of the building gate. Bmc has installed barricades on the edge of the footpath and have left some space for the public to walk. However the motorist park their vehicles in front of this gap. It is highly inconvenient for the residents as well as other people who visit hospital which is on the first floor of our building. I have seen patients facing acute difficulties as well. Also, there are a lot if senior citizens living in our building. Kindly take action against these motorist or remove the barricades installed by bmc.
