Today i checked the site to verify if any challan has been issued for my car no. Mh48ak0513 (https://mahatrafficechallan.in/payechallan/ChallanDtls.htm?_qc=cb7c1005d05ae2ae...⇄
To my shock i discovered a e-challan been issued with no. Mumcm[protected] dt 18-jun-2019 22:42.
When the detail was checked it was informed that wrong side driving rule was violated (Screenshot is attached for your ready reference)
So i checked that image which shows there was good amount of light below my car number too at 22:42 hr….. Sir… as far as i am aware at that hr (22:42hr) in mumbai its night & such a good light is only possible during daytime.
Also, the image uploaded is cropped why the gprs was not on for clicking the pic sir which your officers usually do. (Screenshot of image is attached for your ready reference)
Another point which i need you to please let me know, where the challan was taken since, at the same time of the same day (18th june 2019, tuesday) my car was parked in our society parking lot and keys of the same was with me…
Now can someone from your side kindly update me how my car can drive on wrong side at its own & e-challan was issued to it. God knows how that was possible
