Mumbai Traffic Police — traffic challan wrongly charged

I was charged double money against section 100 CMVR 177 Motor Vehicles Act and 236 MMVR 177 Motor Vehicles Act.

I have checked online, fine for both section are 100 INR each but traffic police have taken 200 INR each for these rule violations.

Sir
Traffic in mumbai is at its extreme . From Lower Parel till boriwali it’s taking average 4 hours .

People are suffering a lot from this .
Why can’t u open a one way from wrong side till boriwali in order to make it easier.
Else kindly donot allow tempo trucks from 5:30 pm till 8:30 pm on highway
