Mumbai Traffic Police — wrong e-challan received no image

Hi Team,

I received massage via SMS, of Echallan No HSPCM[protected] Fine Rs :400.
when i received the challan there is no proff. then how the echallan is issued ?is it right to convict without any givin proof?
Kindly request to cancel the challan against my vehicle or please advise whom to contact to get the proff or image for the challan then reissue
