Dogs bark throughout day & night and create problem studying and sleeping.& make street dirty

there are about 10-15 dogs in our street.
They make noise throughout the night and making our life hell.

Chaos by stray dogs

Illegally keeping cattle in residence area

Aggressive street dogs in the locality.

The number of Street dogs have increased and some of them are too aggressive. Some of them try to attack people walking in the street. Blocked drain
