Muthoot Finance — Gold Loan Interest Penalty charges

HI My Customer id-[protected].Yesterday 15/11/2022 my gold rate intrest was due.Im far from my loan branch i used to pay via imuthoot pay or website..since since evening muthoot app and website was undermaintennace till end of the day.morning when i checked branch they said penalty charges for the overdue which is not fair because of their issue.
please do the need ful i am attaching screenshot of server under maintenance wit time.
