Incorrect Late ECS Payments impacting CIBIL

My CIBIL is highly impacted as muthoot has wrongly provided late payments status from JULY 2021 to FEB 2022 for loan number 19003280.

All the EMI were deducted on 5th of each month still i used to get calls for EMI not cleared as Muthoot had internal issues where they were not able to fetch EMI details. This impacted for me as they reported it as late payment even if they had issues on their end and they were not able to view...

But still after 6 month also it showing overdue on CIBIL and they are not provided me the NOC for the same....

Gold loan payment failed but cash gone reg.

Payment service was down for three days

Insurance amount deduction without our concern

This gold finance company Muthoot finance is charging more amount as insurance forcefully from all the customers . I have availed loan for gold from this company they have forcibly charged 700 rs from the loan amount . Why am I supposed to avail this insurance where as I have multiple insurances running already on my name for home loan car loan also in my office . This should not made compulsory for everyone ....

Complaint against staff members

I went to Miyapur branch near Alwyn cross road to pay the interest money, but the members in the office are not doing their responsible duties properly. I'm saying this because they were saying the time is up and we can't do it today, you have to come tomorrow. I've asked why, they replied the time is up. I went in around 5:20 to 5:25 there is still time left to 5:30. There are three members in the office, got together in one room and discussing...

Poor customer service

Gill road Ludhiana branch employees treat their customers like slaves. They keep on making customer visit them for a general minimal work. When complained their executives shows irresponsible behaviour and talk rudely. Manager Ram singh too is not interested in listening to customer and simply hang the phone without listening. Hope Muthoot finance will hear...

Regarding jewel loan closure

Hi

We have availed a jewel loan with your firm on 11/05/2021 for the amount of Rs 50600/- (loan no F21143) at marthandam branch.
Due to our personal issues we were not available in our native location and we heard about that our jewel is going for auction from the branch manager Ms. Merlin prabha.

So we have requested the branch manager to hold the jewel till today(08/01/2022) and informed we will close/renew...

Please remove late payments from cibil report reported wrongly for 0577-mul00016332 & 0577-mul00016335

I am writing to complain and request immediate REMOVAL of LATE PAYMENTS & OVERDUE for the loan accounts 0577-MUL00016332 & 0577-MUL00016335 which is reflecting in CIBIL & other credit bureaus. MY CIBIL REPORT IS SHOWING THE PAYMENTS WERE LATE BY 17 DAYS, HOWEVER THE DATE I MADE THE PAYMENT WAS AGREED UPON BY THE BRANCH AND WAS ALSO TOLD THERE WILL NO EFFECT ON CIBIL.
