I am syed shoail from Raniganj i have completed my bike emi last month 3rd march2022 but did not get noc certificate from company...

I Ravindra Bharambe taken gold loan from Muthoot having No. 01143/MUL/002560 showing closed after Autioned it
But still after 6 month also it showing overdue on CIBIL and they are not provided me the NOC for the same....

I take a muthoot finance NCD in[protected] from SBI securities. But I not received my maturity amount . My application no. Is[protected]....

I am facing problem to receive my jwell .The branch manager refused to return my gold jwell.

While checking my vehicle details with the Delhi RTO it came to my notice that it has a finance with Muthoot Capital Services Ltd. however, i have purchased the vehicle in total Cash Payment from the dealer, even i have never received any Loan repayment reminder from your end till now.

I was trying to pay the interest last week but the services were down at their end . This week when I pay the interest they have charged more interest saying I slipped the date. If the payment services at their end is having trouble, why should I pay the late payment interest....

This gold finance company Muthoot finance is charging more amount as insurance forcefully from all the customers . I have availed loan for gold from this company they have forcibly charged 700 rs from the loan amount . Why am I supposed to avail this insurance where as I have multiple insurances running already on my name for home loan car loan also in my office . This should not made compulsory for everyone ....

I went to Miyapur branch near Alwyn cross road to pay the interest money, but the members in the office are not doing their responsible duties properly. I'm saying this because they were saying the time is up and we can't do it today, you have to come tomorrow. I've asked why, they replied the time is up. Gill road Ludhiana branch employees treat their customers like slaves. They keep on making customer visit them for a general minimal work. When complained their executives shows irresponsible behaviour and talk rudely. Manager Ram singh too is not interested in listening to customer and simply hang the phone without listening. We have availed a jewel loan with your firm on 11/05/2021 for the amount of Rs 50600/- (loan no F21143) at marthandam branch.
Due to our personal issues we were not available in our native location and we heard about that our jewel is going for auction from the branch manager Ms. Merlin prabha.

So we have requested the branch manager to hold the jewel till today(08/01/2022) and informed we will close/renew...

I am writing to complain and request immediate REMOVAL of LATE PAYMENTS & OVERDUE for the loan accounts 0577-MUL00016332 & 0577-MUL00016335 which is reflecting in CIBIL & other credit bureaus. MY CIBIL REPORT IS SHOWING THE PAYMENTS WERE LATE BY 17 DAYS, HOWEVER THE DATE I MADE THE PAYMENT WAS AGREED UPON BY THE BRANCH AND WAS ALSO TOLD THERE WILL NO EFFECT ON CIBIL.

I have been a Muthoot customer for the last 6-7 years and...

Emi was deducted on 10 december 2021 though it was mentioned in sactioned letter that first emi will be deducted on 31 january 2022. Company is denying to show me the policy document of terms and conditions and gave false commitments regarding disbursement. And manager misbehaved with me while asking for policy document...

Branch manager was very rude as well as unprofessional. He doesn't know how to respect woman...

We have taken bike loan and paying the EMI's regularly. however, there's some amount being added to the due regularly. I tried contacting the nearby branches, but there's no proper response or explanation for this.
I need this to be resolved ASAP....
