Muthoot Fincorp Ltd — Relieving letter and ff

Dear sir,
Myself hites rathod (Mp[protected] mfl staff of mavdi plot branch (F1357). I had did resign dated 01/01/2016 and last working day at 15th/01/2016. And i started work in muthoot fincorp ltd dated on 23/03/2011.


Ir i have to work in our company more than four years and ten month. Sir i have to all the procedure complete of be half my side as per rule i did resign and give to full time to company before resign and after resign verbally informed to my hr and am.


Dated 15/01/2016 to till date sir i did not get any response to my hr for my reliving letter and f&f.

Whenever i do call for my f&f and reliving only getting from them only time next month few days, under process only this word i heard please let me know when i received my reliving letter and f&f.

Dated 15/01/2016 to till date i had no received any document from muthoot fincorp ltd. Sir i know after resign taking some time for process for resign staff. But sir in my case i thing to much time our hr is taking may be (Four month). I did telephonic talk with hr&am at that time he told me as per rule 60 days after resign, we need to be taking time for reliving.

Requested to you sir i had join new job and as per company police they require old job reliving letter or job experience letter.

My recent working company give to me intimation if you not submitted your reliving letter of previous company then you are not able to take your this month salary.

Please do the needful as soon as earliest possible.
