Muthoot — Incorrect Late ECS Payments impacting CIBIL

My CIBIL is highly impacted as muthoot has wrongly provided late payments status from JULY 2021 to FEB 2022 for loan number 19003280.

All the EMI were deducted on 5th of each month still i used to get calls for EMI not cleared as Muthoot had internal issues where they were not able to fetch EMI details. This impacted for me as they reported it as late payment even if they had issues on their end and they were not able to view EMI status of customers.

Kindly change those status of late payments as my CIBIL is highly impacted due to this issue from your end..
