The delivery service I have experienced with my recent order from Myntra.
I ordered a pair of Vero Moda jeans, and during the delivery, the delivery boy was very rude and refused to deliver the package to my doorstep. As I was available at that time, I went outside the colony to pick up my order. A few days later, I wanted to return the product, and the same delivery boy came again. He once again refused to pick up the return order from my doorstep. When I asked him to wait, he denied my request and postponed the pickup.
I received all the pickup requests via WhatsApp, and when I called him, he was very rude to me. For the past two weeks, I have been receiving updates that my delivery has been rescheduled because I was supposedly not available, even though I did not receive a single call from the DELHIVERY delivery agent. I responded that I was available, but the WhatsApp team only replied with apologies for the inconvenience.
I also raised a complaint with Myntra and the delivery service (DELHIVERY), but there has been no improvement. Another agent with a loading vehicle called me and suggested I contact his supervisor, Bhupender Singh, for the previous delivery boy complaint. I called the provided number multiple times, but no one answered. As a result, no one has come to pick up the return order.
It is extremely frustrating and disappointing that a top shopping site like Myntra provides such poor service and chooses a subpar delivery service. I request immediate action to resolve this issue.
