Near expiry product received and no help with return/refund

Address: WeWork Spectrum, 307, Chincholi Bunder Road, Malad, Rajan Pada, Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400064

I have order cosmetics from Myntra on Tue, 7 May (order no. 126677531783522287501) for ₹ 1359. This product is expiring in August 2024. Because of getting near expiry product.
I raised ticket for this on 10th May, as app doesn't allow return (replacement is also near expiry).
As of 19th May, still no return or refund has been provided.
Customer care keeps delaying through phone calls and no acknowledgement is provided...

I received a product from myntra and the size was not correct for me. I tried exchange to a different size but that exchange never shipped and I was not able to cancel the exchange also. After raising complaint and multiple follow-ups the exchange order got cancelled but still I am unable to return the product within the return window. Whenever I tried to return it is giving me some unknown error message. The product was delivered on 3rd May 2024 and on 8th May 2024 I had raised a complaint regarding the return. Myntra resolved my complaints multiple times without providing a resolution and I had to call them again and reopen the complaint every time. Today (18th May 2024) I could see the return window for the product is closed even though the complainant is still open. Whenever I call myntra customer support they ask me to wait 24-48 hours. I don’t know what to do now. My hard earned money is stuck with myntra. Their customer service team never called me with an update on the complaint I registered, instead they resolved the complaint without providing any resolution and I had to call them every time to reopen the complaint.

    I had placed over 20000 Rs order and then they deactivated my account. Customer care said that account will remain deactivated because of security reason. If they had to deactivate my account why did they even let me place my order. I have many orders which is not same as actual picture so I need to return them back. I am stuck and not able to manage my account. They are harassing customers and kind of playing dupe technique. I have my credit card details, my phone number and other confidential information which I am unable to delete because Myntra had not given me any prior notice before suspending my account.

      Myntra is not processing my return for shoes which are wrong size

      I had placed an order of Bata Open Toe Comfort Heels. I wanted to place a return for the same as they are the wrong size for me. I tried placing a return thrice yesterday and they kept putting it on hold for damaged product but I never selected that option.

      From a few weeks I am facing this issue that Myntra is not delivering any goods on my pin code . everytime I order an item, it shows not deliverable at pin code, but around 3 weeks ago I had order a pair shoes and it was successfully delivered at my place and previously as well I have ordered many items from Myntra only and the were also delivered successfully but recently it has stopped it's delivery services at my place and there is no option of registering this complaint in the app.

          Wrong product delivered and Myntra is not taking return of doing refund

          I ordered heels from myntra ELLEHeels[protected]EL-JS-W-29 Cream) - ELLE Pointed Toe Slim Heel Mules, Size: 38 (EURO38)

          Worth Rs. 1339

          And they delivered me a wrong product. A tradition jutty was delivered and myntra is not taking return or doing refund. Every time I raise return request the delivery boy comes and reject it and myntra customer care is not at all helpful. They are denying the return.

          Myntra canceled my orded twice by saying “We regret to inform you that your order was canceled as unfortunately, it was not in line with our policies pertaining to placing bulk orders” after the full online payment. I dont know what is the problem. Please help me resolve it

            scam alert: myntra's deceptive express delivery service exposed

              I ordered heels from my myntra account which was logged in from my laptop. When i got the parcel, I did not like the quality and wanted to return the heels. When I tried to log in to my mytra account I could not. On contacting customer care they too 8 days to infor me "My account has been deactivated and so I cannot return the heels and I will have to keep them". I never deactivated my account, neither I got any notification. Worse customer care support ever! My money is stuck and I cannot return the heels now.

              Please help!

                I ordered a trackpant and a jogger on 21st March from Myntra's website. I received one product on 28th March and I waited for the another product to arrive. However, I saw today that both the products have been marked as delivered. I contacted Myntra's helpline but they are constantly saying that I should have registered a compliant within 72 hours of the product delivery date. I wasn't constantly checking the mobile application of Myntra as I had to go out of town and travel for some days. I returned just a couple of days ago and when I saw that the product is shown as delivered, I immediately raised a complaint but there is no help that it is being provided by the company for the case. When I asking the company if they can share with me the proof of delivery, the company is not assisting. I request either the product be delivered or the amount of the product be refunded to me.

                  I had bought a quilt from myntra but then i changed my mind and cancelled the product. I was supposed to get the refund within 7-10 business days but it has been 12 days now and still no update from myntra.

                  Whenever i call them for the update they just raise a ticket and after sometime the ticket gets resolved automatically. They have shown on the orders page that the refund has been initiated and added to upi.

                  They now gave me a reference number to check from my bank but there is nothing that i have received not a single rupee.

                  This is some new scam of myntra and my money is stuck. The item was worth rs 2650.

                  I am not sure how to get my money back from myntra. I feel like i have been scammed.

                    Not letting me cancel my order

                    My order is stuck on the packing state. The order is eligible for delivery according to the app and it has still not gone in the transit phase. Nonetheless, neither the app or the website is letting me cancel the order. Initially it would say "something went wrong" and later it will start repeating "invalid login".                     I had Ordered A watch on Myntra on 4th April and because there was a mistake in Address I was not able to receive the order and cancelled it. There were shirts which I had ordered on the same day which got cancelled on the same day and I received the refund but it's was not the same with the watch. It's been 3 day since I have cancelled the order but the cancellation request has not been accepted because the third party logistics have not accepted the cancellation. While tracking the package I found out that it's in the KR PURAM HUB of E kart from 2 days. I feel that they are trying to scam us by not accepting the cancellation request and keeping the order themselves. And in the Customer Care of Myntra keeps asking me to Wait and wait without any update on the issue. And in app it say Delivery Delayed in one window and Cancellation request in the other

                      Hi, The reason of this complaint is that, I purchased the shoe from Myntra on 8 march 2024 product info:- Red Tape men perforated slip resistant lace-up sneakers. ( order number= 126179462533335288003). Product delivered on 13 march 2024. But the shoe are small in size so I want to return the product. So I make return request and delivery person came on 17 march 2024 but he reject the shoe because the shoe have little dust on the lower side.i contact on 20 march 2024 with myntra customer care they told me that your product is picked up on next date they give of 7 days they give me a date of 27 march 2024 but not picked up again i try they me another date so that's how i got 4 different dates of product pick up. My problem is that why they give me the false hope of return pick up if they don't want to. I am very frusted buy their service.

                        Hello. I ordered very items on Myntra. I paid using my Visa card 4 I entered the OTP correctly. Myntra website said payment failed. When i tried again Myntra website said payment failed again.
                        A few minutes later i got message from my bank that payment was approved to myntra.
                        Please do needful to cancel this transaction as payment has been deducted twice and no order has been processed on Myntra

                          @myntra I have been call myntra from 23 of March because here I have ordered fire bolt ultimate smart watch were I have received used and damaged product after receiving this I have contacted then customer care executive himanshi was not active on call she and the call was transferred to supervisor nithin they raised a complaint regarding this stating it is a wrong product sense that day I was call them daily infact I was on call for 3 hrs 1 and half hrs I have not received any resolution I spoke to many case managers and agent just giving me a tat period and that to after reach to a TAT period they are extanding it not giving any resolution then 27 I spoke to suman he noticed that my complaint which has been raise on 26 after reaching out TAT after extanding 1extra day he said it was a wrong complaint again he raise a new complaint and again gave me a TAT of 29 March but till yet I have not got any respond from myntra very bad service they are providing it is very bad to inform I spoke to many manegers (alwin, sakshi, chetna, Mohammed adil, imran, rehan, neha) all have just given me a fake promise and TAT that to I have shared images and videos of the product but still no response and some of the agent has took my number and address and misused it by call me and threatened me not to call myntra and given me information that my complaint will be rejected I will not get any resolution for this I have share with this thing to support team I share audio recording of the person but still no resolution please help me on it
