[Resolved]  National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Inordinate delay in Exempted fastag application no: RO-CHE-[protected] regd.

Im a person with benchmark disability as described by right of pwbd act 2016. Ive applied for exempted fastag on https://exemptedfastag.nhai.org on August of 2023. Application number: RO-CHE-[protected]

My application has been pending ever since August. I've attached all the necessary documents to the website as well as got them checked with the NHAI RO personnel.

I've been waiting and waiting, yet there seems to be no solution provided in the past 5 months. So i kindly request you to take necessary action.

Fortunately it got resolved, but it took a very long time. My issue got resolved in july of 2024. To put things into perspective, it was one year since my initial application. In the mean time, the application was rejected a few times, i had to visit the RO, make some necessary ammendments to my application, and keep waiting. Make sure you submit "RC particulars" which can be obtained from your respective RTO. make sure you get it the offline version or internal use version, that has a mention of Divyangjan. That is the document which helped me get the fastag.
