Naturals — Burnt skin after waxing

I got waxing done in NATURALS hyderabad gachinowli (No. 2-37/74&75, first floor, crown court, above ICICI bank, Vinayak Nagar, Gachibowli, Telangana 500032) . Being such reputed brand/organisation they served very bad service in waxing. Wax was very heat and I warned them . Despite warning they burnt my skin. the lady was in hurry to go home and was very harsh on my skin. The finishing was also poor. Hair is not properly removed. But the lady mentioned that all the hair has been removed. All these seems so unprofessional . I have informed respective people about the burnt skin. But I did not get any answer yet from them. I am neither gonna go to NATURALS in future nor I recommend others to go.
