Recently had visited naturals saloon bejai branch, mangalore for a haircut and beard trim and i must say it was a great disappointment cause of the two experiences i had.

I had called up the natural saloon branch in the morning of 29 june 2020 and fixed an appointment for same-day at1430hrs, after reaching the location i was made to wait for 15 minutes or something.. And after that, they allotted me a person for a haircut. After the service, during the payment when i informed the lady in the reception ashwini about the appointment taken in beginning and still made to wait. She dint even had the basic courtesy to listen to the customer feedback and instead of arguing back that it was just 5 minutes they took to assign a hairdresser, then i realised there is no point speaking to the lady.

During the payment when i told her that i have the membership card and am eligible for the discount, ashwini told me that you cannot avail the discount on the service as they have received the instruction from the head office that no customers can use the membership card.
When i asked whether you have informed the customers about this via mail, phone or at least when the customer is in the saloon. She just was looking at the hair dresser face and told me that it was his job to inform.
I want to know from naturals saloon customer relationship team, is the way you run your operation…. S this how you treat the customers and don’t you have any courtesy to inform the customers about the change in usage of card policy.. Isn’t this just like you took the money from the customers as a membership fee and when the time to avail the discount ypu guys just back off. Was this information helpful? |
