I went to Hoodi Naturals yesterday and asked them for feather cut for my long hair. Receptionist said please wait for 30mins. After 34mins they took me inside and I asked them to do a proper feather cut.lady said I have 10yrs of experience. After looking at my hair she had recommended for hair spa which I accepted. When she started the haircut then I had reiterated. She said madam please have patience I am going to do feathercut. Later when the haircut is done it’s not feathercut. She just cut my hair as she want and did a blow dry. I can even do that at home. When I had complained to the receptionist she said let me call another stylist, so the other stylist had come and said this is leathercut and can’t be done now. Lady who did mine was upset and said begged me please come and I will make you happy now. This was the second mistake I did. She started again by cutting. I said you are not doing what I expect. She just made my hair very very short. I said I want medium length hair. She did more than small. I ran away from there. Paid the bill and left. If they don’t know how to do please tell to customers. Don’t fool the customers. I would like to give a rating 0 for the service they had done. Waste of money and time. I hope someone will really look into this compliant.
