Naturals — membership not accepted and covid precaution charges put on customers

I have visited saloon today and they did not accepted the membership and on top of that they charged rs.100 as covid precaution charges (They just give sanitizer and give a mask which is worth of rs.10). None of the saloons are charging this and also why membership was not accepted. Least bothered about customers. Services not up to the mark. Receptionist was not ready give bill also. Never expected this kind of service.
