Naturals — Non production of bill on payment

Today morning I have visited the naturals centre in selaiyur near Bharath college east Tambaram Chennai. The visit was for haircut for my daughter . After completion of the work, they charged 400 plus GST amounting 472. When requested for bill, they are not in a position to get the receipt stating that their manager is not there. When contacted the manager, she spoke arrogantly and told that she will come only at her shift time. There is no business ethics and customer focus . When again contacted the owner/franchise, she promised to send by Whatsapp and still this is not ethical. However, till this time I have not received the same.
Pl revert back with some actions before I proceed further in this issue.
