Naturals — Service complaint

I visited naturals -Ground Floor, Old No.12, New No.11 SIDCO Avenue Main Road, Vivekanda Nagar Opp EB police Station, Kodungaiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600118. Dated - 10/6/2021

The service that I got was eyebrows and upper lip trim. I have regularly gone there for getting my eyebrows trimmed and this is the 3rd time, that the service is not done properly. For Navratri festivites. But the way the staff is failing constantly to practice the basic services, it is very upsetting. And my unmatching eyebrows trim service is unnegotiable since this is been happening repeatedly. I recommend an inquiry from upper authorities to take charge of your staff.
