Naturals — The experience in naturals

My first time visit in naturals, I feel this will be my last also the worst experience I ever had, for colouring I went first day they simply coloured my hair but result so I went again then their manager told to colour it again after bleaching but that girl only bleached my hair and ask money more. There should be a worth to spend money on this but I just wasted my money for the no use. Really very bad company.
