Today we faced a worst experience in naturals adyar, being women's day we were interested in knowing the current offer which we had called the naturals adyar and immediately they asked for appointment time, had asked for a specific beautician on her availablity confirmed at 12, before leaving home again we reconfirmed on the beautician availability and only started from home, reached parlour in 5 minutes when the manager said she has only one hair stylist and i will have to adjust with available beautician for which she accepted but she again made it very clear to the manager but hair spa should be done by that senior beautician as we had fixed the appointment in this parlour for her only, post facial the same girl started washing my wife's hair for hair spa and confirmed that she was only asked to do hair spa as the other senior beautician was busy with a customer who has walked in for a hair straightening.
They only prioritize customers based on the expensive treatment they take, i[censored] take a economical package then the other customer who comes for hair straightening or smoothening would be given priority as thats expensive and they are vvvip customers who can just walk in and avail services as and when they wish...
Manager was so chicken scared in facing customers after all this my wife said that she needs to talk to manager, where we were very sure that the manager would have over heard all the hue nd cry as the pantry is just next to the service area even if someone whispers people can very well hear, even after insisting to call the manager to solve the issue, the manager had conveyed to the staff that she is having her lunch even after coming out she did not have the courtesy to come and check what has happened, after all this the senior stylist came to attend my wife, but she made it clear only after meeting manager will decide on any service here also manager finally had no other choice than meeting my wife, the minute she saw my wife she has asked what was the issue as if she was from a different planet also she has told that we are creating unnecessary dramas, is this the way a manager will talk to customers, she blows her own trumpet that she is a senior resource and is in the same parlour since parlour's emergence. We were forced to ask her to correct her tone and learn to pacify customers instead of fueling the emotions, she was so pathetically scared of customers even while my wife went to settle her bills she rushed herself to service area keeping her away from reception, guy in the reception apologized but it was none of their mistake or business to pacify customers which is the managers job, the attitude of manager has to change and entire show looks like its run by the guy in reception even he joined the manager while my wife's discussion happened with the manager, can't she manage it single handedly???
Manager is not at all adding any value other than adding discomfort to vintage customers.
Won't any manager feel sorry for the discomfort
They have made a customer to undergo???
I am sorry naturals will make sure will never visit any of your parlour at any point of time, neither any of my family or friend visits your brand... These days it has become so money minded with unqualified managers leading the floor. Hope u r staffs are aware that they are paid with our money and its not a free service...
