Niki — bill payment fully, but credited to beneficiary partially

I made my electricity bill payment of rs. 72657/-, but amount credited only 7265/- (10% of debited amount). Where is my 90% amount??
I mailed to niki, but they are not taking proper action on it...
I also contacted to my electricity board, but they says, "in our data your amount credited is 7265/-" so better you contact there... What should i go?? What should i do?? Plz help or suggest me...
