I paid my TNEB bill via Niki App, payment made through my Paytm Payment Bank. My Biller ( Niki ) intimated that payment got failed whereas my Banking partner Paytm deducted my money from my account. I will enclose all the screen shots of my payment history.

On asking Paytm they divert me to ask the biller, while asking Niki they again diverting me.. They assured in our side there will be any mistake we will refund it within 7 days but still now I didnt receive money from them, to whom I have to contact for this..
