I have bought gift card on 13 aug worth 10k they told me to deliver the gift card in 2 days but but they haven't deliver even on 19 aug. I have mailed them several times but they are not solving my problem.
Alway they told me to wait.
They are not working on my complaint and now as the gift card is useless for me i want my refund of 10k asap. I dont want to buy any gift card now.
I have purchased an amazon gift card on 25th oct 2019. Till now I haven’t received the coupon. Their support team promised to give by 28.10.19. Later i realise it is a fake promise. Please help me to get the coupon or refund.
