Niki — gift card issue

I have bought gift card on 26 aug worth 938 they told me to deliver the gift card in 2 days but but they haven't deliver even on 28 aug. I have mailed them several times but they are not solving my problem.
Alway they told me to wait.
They are not working on my complaint and now as the gift card is useless for me i want my refund of 938. Otherwise they provide gift card instantly.

I ordered Amazon gift card worth 500 which they said will be sent under 2 days it has been two days I didn't receive it.also they don't have customer support for this to contact.

Niki App has frauded my money of Rs 399..I recharged my jio number with the plan of Rs 399 and paid through Amazon Pay..but the recharge is not sucessful after 24 hrs also and they have not provided me refund also..please take necessary action against them..
