If payment don't get updated automatically, then why would customer trust you?
Recently, i had done a bill payment of customer idea [protected] on 6th dec, 2017. The amount of 124rs has deducted @ that time, but bill was not processed. Then i mailed niki team to sort my issue, they took 7 days to provide me reference no. Now problem is, that bill payment was of walking customer, idea customer care won't talk over phone until i knew the details of customer
(Like dob or address) to get sorted.

If i have to talk idea customer to get updated after paying via niki. Then what's the benefit of niki then?
Before writing on this, i requested niki to help me. But they won't care, they have sent me a reference no. Once again.
What's the use of digital india if i can't get the help from no where?
I'm raising this query to everyone.
Kindly help me to get my 124rs back as they already took so many days.
Thanks in advance if this complaint get sorted someday.
