I tried to recharge my airtel number with 558rs with payment mode amazon pay. Amount got deducted from my amazon pay wallet and in niki order status its showing as success. But i didnt get any recharge amount or recharge benifit. When i called airtel customer care they said recharge failed. But niki is not refunding my amount its been more than 2 days i am sending mail to support team but they didnt even reply for one mail. Please refund my amount 558rs.

I pay for my electricity bill from niki app the order got failed and they generated refund process but i still did not get money in my bank account.
i attached my refund status screenshot.also my refund reference id is
[protected]. kindly please provide me my latest update on this issue.
