Niki — recharge not done but amount has been deducted

As i am an older user of niki and yesterday (22/01/2019, 8:36am), i tried recharging my airtel nmbr for 399 from niki via paypal and the amount of rs 407.17 has been deducted from my bank a/c.
It shows in niki orders that recharge successful but the recharge has been failed. When i tried calling airtel customer care, they told me that recharge not done. Even when i contacted niki help line, they just ignored the matter and didn't sorted my issue. I m still waiting for my order to be sorted. Niki didn't provided me the refund or recharge.
