Dear NMMT,
I have been commuting in AC Bus 125 and 123 for last 2 years, between Borivali to Millennium Business Park Navi Mumbai. For last 2-3 months I have been facing lot of problems, each day the services are deteriorating. I have been calling different NMMT personnels for help but none of them seem to be interested, below is list of that personnels:

Some of the common problems are:
1) AC doesn’t work in most of buses like 5291, 5294, 5133, 5134. I stopped noting their bus numbers now
2) Overheating and breakdown
3) Buses come late as they do not follow route timing
4) Conductors are very rude, their badge number is – 113910, 73695
5) Contact number of concern department and concern person are missing in every bus.
6) Even after googling and calling NMMT personnels for complains, they are never bothered
7) Even when the AC’s are not working they take full fare
8) Untrained and rude personnels on call, they do not know how to talk to customers.
If this persists for long time, then I am sure very soon your AC buses will run empty like BEST AC buses. Request you to please find a solution and improve the services of your buses, fleet and employees.
