NMMT Bus — bus maintainance problem

Please note i am frequent traveller of kalyan to vashi bus route no. 60 from kalyan station to vashi. on 26th of December 2014. vide our tkt no.015/0820313.from kalyan - mahape, the bus no.MH43-H5275. NATURE OF COMPLAINT: Bus making lot of noise which is affecting the travel, cant hear the mobile cal, enquired conductor he said we had repeatedly noting the complaint but not taken care. do the needfull, Thanks and Regards, kiran upasani
