NMMT Bus — I am complaining about bus not stopping at respective stop as well rush in the morning caused due to single bus working from 8:00

To whom so ever it may concern,

I am a daily passenger of the bus routing from Borivali railway station to Kharghar jalvayu. I board the bus in morning 8:15am and the bus has so much of rush with other passengers with their luggage who get down from luxury bus along with bags and suitcases board the bus.

The keep there luggage in place where people sit and even block half of the bus. When it was reported to bus conductor and driver they said it are by orders that they can board bus with this much luggage.

Third wave is about to come how come driver is not also in his senses and takes all the passengers in the bus knowing that there is no place for everyone to stand.

Are this company policies to take a crowded bus without caring if there customers?

Most importantly my stop is pathanwadi and the bus drivers do not stop bus at pathanwadi they stop bus near express zone which is not the actual stop. When we complaint they start shouting and use abusive words. Even NMMT trackers shows the bus is meant to stop at pathanwadi bus stop and not near express zone mall.

Would really appreciate if this is resolved or would take this to higher authorities if needed.
