NMMT Bus — Misbehaving with passengers

I have a complaint against the bus conductor and bus driver of 125AC-5331 bus which goes to Borivali from Kharghar Jalwayu and vice versa. The bus driver has behaved rudely with me twice. I took the bus from Nerul L.P and I wanted to get down at the regency stop in sector 6. The bus driver never stops the bus in this stop and when I ask him to he misbehaves with me. When the stop is mentioned in the bus route then the bus driver should stop there on his own. But this driver never stops there. After that I told him to stop he yelled at me. The bus conductor who was also there started yelling at me in Marathi. I don’t understand Marathi but I’m very sure he was abusing me.

I work at ghansoli and whenever I stop 55 no. bus it doesn’t stop. I stay at Navi Mumbai, vashi juhuvillage sec 11 bus stop that’s the only direct bus route available. Please help
